We the humans are interesting creatures with our personality traits, different moods and multi-emotions.
And yes! These affect positively or negatively our daily life style.
Right now I will talk a little bit on how the mood swing shapes our food choices and affects our cooking as well.
If you notice that you find yourself happy due to any reason or feel jubilant you may also find yourself in search of food like sweets, ice creams. Or else sometimes over eat just to enjoy.
On the other hand if a person feels sad or depressed or else just overwhelmed, he or she may not like to eat or else take very small amount of food halfheartedly.
